I needed a mat to place under my exercise bike to prevent forming permanent indentations in my thick rug. This GUMWIG mat fills the bill perfectly And is more than large enough to contain the bike legs. It's not very thick, so I would hesitate to use it for an exercise mat, but it would do well for yoga and other low-impact exercises. I particularly like that it fold up to a compact package which can be slipped under the bed when we convert the exercise room to a guest room for our occasional visitors.

I have carpeted area only in my room and I needed something to keep my walking pad that I just got sturdy and free from snagging any lose carpet. It also helps for balance I don't have that wobble that I do on carpet. It Stays folded up quite nice, and doesn't take up much space when not in use. I am glad I got this, helps keep it stable.
Good for those with carpet, or significant others that don't want to scratch up the good flooring.
Lays flat after first use and molds a bit to your treadmill.
I place it in the same spot each time, Suits my needs just fine.
   Acceptable.

This pad is pretty thick, so don't get it if you are expecting it to fold up all neatly. It is still a pretty substantial chunk of padding, even when folded up to be put away. When left under the treadmill, this goes great with a walking pad or lighter duty treadmill. It will hold up well through any punishment you put it through and will keep your floors safe. It fit our new walking pad great and we didn't encounter any slips.

Great for under the treadmill, row machine and stair stepper.

This foldable walking pad treadmill is a fantastic addition to my home gym! I love how compact it is, making it perfect for small spaces. It works well on all types of floors—whether carpet, hardwood, or concrete—and the non-slip pads keep everything stable while I walk or exercise.

I’ve also used it under my stationary bike and elliptical trainer, and it helps protect the floor while keeping everything in place. Plus, it’s waterproof, so I don’t have to worry about any spills or sweat. Super easy to store when not in use, and it’s helped me stay consistent with my daily steps!

If you’re looking for a versatile, space-saving mat for your workout equipment, this is a great choice.
